Word of advice, never set anything to save on one drive. Put backups you paste there yourself, but never rely on it because the moment you close an application thats writing to it, many a times not only do you lose the file, you lose the whole folder it was in as well.
scroll down to the show or hide windows update program and run it once your back to 1607. Hide the 1703 so it doesnt go back again. That version is stubborn and will come back worse than any virus I have ever known lol.
