Quality any day..let it bake if you feel its the right choice.

No problem.
would rather wait so you can make the best game possible.

Just the demo was incredible, take the time you want, but you're on the good way, do a beta was possible to be played in waiting for the game launch?

I'm always saddened to read studios making excuses and taking every possible precaution to avoid being spoiled when they announce that in order to deliver a better quality game they're going to have to delay the release a little; it's sad because gamers should be happy when a studio says “look, we're sorry but we're running late, so we'd rather make you wait a little longer to deliver a quality game, rather than deliver a half-baked game on the scheduled date”.

Anyway, personally, no worries: just take the time you need, and don't forget to breathe on the way. The game is shaping up to be sensational, and we'll be there when it comes out. There are plenty of other games to do in the meantime, and The Precinct is unique enough not to worry about its audience being absorbed by a competing game ;-)

Good luck guys!

Great decision, demo was fun, but still a lot of work, especially the sound and driving physics.

I'd rather play a polished full release than a buggy mess to be patched later. Too many games come out in the latter state, either due to pressure from consumers or publishers.

All it does is create bad experiences. Take the time, keep working hard and when you feel like it's ready then you release it. Not before. Even if that means more delays. No problem. We'll wait

Absolutely gutted as I was so looking forward to this but I had a hunch this would happen.
However, I would much rather play a complete game though so happy to wait. Considering when you look at what's going on with other new game releases currently...

On the one hand, I think the decision is a shame, because I'm really looking forward to the game. On the other hand, I can understand the decision and we will definitely get a better game.

I hope you continue to have fun with the development, treat yourself to a break, especially on the holidays at the end of the year, have a great time, just clear your head, then things will go even better afterwards. Take the time you need, we'll see you in the new year.

Honestly it's better like this, I prefer to wait more but have a good working game than a good game but being bad because lot of bugs and stuff (like Cyberpunk 2077)
