PC - PS5 differences?

Hello, this game looks so cool, but can you tell me if there are any differences between the PC and PS5 games? (I prefer to play on PS5 but if that version is missing content then I'll buy on PC)

It's missing frames, not content.

I will, thanks. I just had to ask as I know sometimes PS5 games are several versions behind the PC.

How a newly released game can be several versions behind PC? What? And why did you buy PS5 and not PS4 if you dont care about frame rates.. wtf is this

I play most of my time on PS5 but even I decide to buy it later on PC just because such game, with a high speed chases will feel weird playing with 30 FPS.

I had a PS4 pro, I didn't even want a PS5 at the time but my pro died on me and it was easier to buy a PS5 than another Ps4 pro at the time.
