Game Crashing on Main Menu When Trying to Continue Game

I have a weird bug that has happened a couple days in a row now, where trying to select Continue Game from the main menu loads a splash screen showing The Precinct logo and says Press A to start, but once you press A the game crashes and closes out.

I've tried verifying the integrity of game files with no luck, and the only thing that has worked so far is to uninstall and then reinstall the game. This lets me play for the day and thankfully has cloud saves but when I shut down the PC and attempt to continue the game the following day, the bug happens again and the game crashes on the main menu.

64GB RAM
RTX 4080

edit: I got curious and took a look at the stacktrace and noticed part of the crash was intercepted by a crash handler which wrote additional logs to a different location.
