so i ran people and cars over, shot the robbery van up and somehow got it to stop, maybe the bumpers jammed up? i mean, i earlier somehow flipped the van so it laid sideways and that didn't stop it. anyhow... he got out of the van and i got out of the police car. cuffed him, read rights and escorted him to the shop (thanks, rookie) and stuffed him in there... and the instructions still says arrest him..
