I really like how this leads to dynamic fight outcomes. If the mechanic weren't patented, I'd love for the criminals in this game to have a sort of Nemesis system just in case you arrest a head honcho and the underlings vie for power.
You can see the people in the holding cell when you arrest them though and even talk to them, though they dont really say much other than "I was framed", and the likes.
Now that I didn't notice. But that makes me think of the early stages of the first Deus Ex. Thanks! That's another thing I'll have to look out for.
