Radio Stations, Soundtrack, and Radio Silent Mode

After seeing Game Riot's coverage of the game (which I know you, the devs, have seen), I wonder if there will be radio stations playing 80's-inspired original music in the game or giving news reports of any of the major incidents you may or may not have responded to? Additionally, will there be plans to release an OST? The opening track was definitely a banger and sets the mood perfectly. And finally, will there be a way to go radio silent so you can just roam around take in the sights and sounds of Averno City without any interruptions? Pretty much postponing the story and your shift until you tune in to dispatch again.
