Are there similar games like this but specifically going around, giving warnings, writing fines/tickets, arresting and pieces of everyday cops just doing their jobs? I know about GTA: Online RP but preferably singleplayer. Thanks!

Since you've mentioned GTA, there are mods for both GTA IV and GTA V that let you play as a cop, both entirely singleplayer.

Was looking at it but seems like the game is also a lil broken and buggy at times.
Looking at gameplay, it doesn't really give the impression of a well polished game.

Does it actually have any car chases? They tend to be my favorite aspect but it seems like that game focuses more on just traffic checks.

It worries me that all of those have rather mixed reviews.
Patrol Officers might just be the best reviewed one but even that is supposedly rather buggy at times and not well polished.

Honestly ? I've been looking for games like that for the longest time. And some of what is mentioned here is 'second best' for me, but indeed that's what is out there.
