To be honest I would be fine if it was the three training missions and then a little section of the city with the random callouts the game is supposed to have.
At least let it be 2 hours of a demo instead of really half an hour because let's be honest I'm setting up a few random call outs wouldn't really be that hard but I digress I'm just going to be waiting for the full game because like I've said 30 minutes is not long enough for me to actually sit and enjoy the game because by the time the last 5 minutes of that half an hour is up then I'll be actually enjoying the game and then it ends and then I'll be wanting more so I'll just wait.
There's no time limit as such, no. You can avoid finishing the missions themselves and just drive/walk around looking at stuff, but unfortunately you can't really do much of anything to interact with the world beyond shooting out tires during the first mission.
You can replay the tutorial missions as many times as you like.
It's a neat little preview of the game, gives an idea of how it's gonna feel. Just play it
