ele vai fazer o download da versão 1.6.629 que é a versão anterior, depois de terminar o download vai aparecer o endereço da pasta onde está o download, copie e cole na barra do windows explorer, a pasta vai abrir e um ícone do Skyrim vai estar lá, copie ou recorte ele para a pasta do Skyrim.
Clique no icone do SKse, pronto o jogo voltou a funcionar.

it will download version 1.6.629 which is the previous version, after finishing the download the address of the folder where the download is will appear, copy and paste it in the windows explorer bar, the folder will open and a Skyrim icon will be there, copy or cut it to the Skyrim folder.
Click on the SKse icon, the game is ready to work again.

It is not correct the .EXE you download is the same: version 1.6.629.0 which is the latest version.

2. For AE, go into the console and type download_depot 489830 489833 4570833277049890269. This will download the previous version of the executable, and the console will tell you where it was downloaded to.

* for SE users or people using the Best of Both Worlds downgrade patch, use 2289561010626853674 instead. This was the last version before the game switched to AE (20 November 2019).

3. go to that directory, copy it from there, and paste it into your game's directory, replacing the old one with it.

Correct that's not the latest version but it is yet the most stable version in AE or SE however you call it. I'd stay in 16.6.353 if I want to stay on stable. Updating mods are fine, but I won't update SKSE or essential stuff because it'll deem others outdated.
