64bit onnly huh? so this is indeed using creation engine 2.0(fallout 4)
That's great news.Without the nasty 32bit memory limitations the modding potential is greatly increased.
Now you can have as many 4k textures as your vram can handle

Are the minimum specs inflated? Or just those of the weakest PC that's been used for testing?
Perhaps that's due to the game being built upon Fallout 4's engine?
Anyway, I'll just stick to the older 32-bit version for a while...
