Depth Of Field issue ( Out of focus )

Hello everyone,

I've recently encounter a strange problem related to the depth of field implemented with the special edition. It appear that, while playing on my tower pc, the way the DOF works is slightly off. whenever looking at an npc or object, the background doesn't blur like it should, however when I start looking down the effect appears.

The other weird thing is, the problem only occurs on my tower pc. I don't have the issue while playing on my laptop. I tried a fresh install on both machines, unmodded, check both skyrim.ini and skyrimpref.ini, and everything seems to match. Yet, the problem persist. The only possible difference between the two would be the resolution and gpu ( 1440p on my tower, 4k on the laptop, Rtx 3070 and Rtx 3080. )

Wonder if anyone had encountered the same issue, and if so, any idea for a fix ?

I precise it again, this from the SE DOF. No mods, no enb.
