Hircine hunt ring and quest
I think there's a glitch occuring once you start the quest with the haunted hircine ring.
As the ring is haunted it self equip on your player and you cant unequip, the purpose of this ring is to randomly turn you into a werewolf, although, it seems most of the time when the transformation should "occur" my game completely crashes. Only way to fix it for me is close the game from steam, and restart. As well as saving the game every 20 secondes...

I love skyrim, but this detail makes it really unenjoyable rightnow, I hope I will find a way to fix my save...

Are you playing with mods or playing with no mods because mods might be causing this crashing problem.

That sounds more like your setup crashes whenever you transform than an issue with the quest itself.
if the transformation sequence crashes you, this is likely what Morg said, a werewolf-related mod involving something to do with your wereform, but could be a UI thing too, because it replaces your regular skill tree menu with the werewolf one... it could even be a shader effect (does it crash exactly at the same point in the transform each time?) or god only knows without some troubleshooting, it's Skyrim afterall... but suspect related mods, specifically their load order, first.

you can bypass the great hunt quest if you want, 'setstage da05 100' chooses kill the prisoner guy whose ring locked on your finger (get his skin as the savior's hide armor), and 'setstage da05 105' chooses defend him against hircine's beasts (get the ring of hircine w/o the curse on it)

but you really should solve why transforming crashes you unless you're running to get your lycanthropy cured and will never worry about it again after this. if this is broken, who knows if other things are, too?

happy troubleshooting!
