survival mode: hunger and stamina

From where do I see how hungry my character is? I ate most of my inventory and but the stamina doesn't regenerate

In the menu which lists all your spells. There should be a tab for active passive effects. One of them should be your hunger effect.

In order, it goes: Well Fed -> Satisfied -> Pecking -> Hungry -> Famished -> Starving

Go for cooked food (which you can make yourself). The "raw" food items do not satisfy your hunger much.

Also, from what I see, the Magica, Health and Stamina on the lower screen now have two bars -each-. Magica and Health I am not sure what, but Stamina has Hunger on the left end of the bar. Anyone else know?

By the way, the bars only show up if they have a problem so you might not see them.
