Overlapping Bridges?

Does anyone know what causes this? The only mods I think it can be are:
skyrim 202x - unticked mod and issue still persists
Staic mesh improvement mod - unticked mod and issue still persists
high poly project - unticked mod and issue still persists
parallax bridges and roads - unticked mod and issue still persists
jk skyrim whiterun outskirts - unticked mod and issue still persists

Yes I've created a new save each time I've unticked a mod to test the overlapping.
Anyone know the cause/solution?

Update: Turns out the issue was caused by Lux Via - still trying to find a fix without having to disable that mod - if anyone knows one let me know. I'll leave this post up in case anyone else has similar issues.

Update 2: Uninstalling Lux Via and Installing the Lux Via Resource Pack seems to be the compromise/fix.
