game crashing on title screen

All I want to do is play modded skyrim, but no matter what i do the game continues to crash on the title screen. It went from a simple error of the game not detecting SKSE being loaded (leading me to reinstall all of SKSE), to the game not running at all

I've tried everything. before today i did the nuclear option and uninstalled skyrim and MO2 and reinstalled both. then today, I reinstalled all of the mods i wanted, including the important ones like papyrus util and engine fixes, then loaded the game. it worked, but skyui wouldn't load bc SKSE wasn't properly detected. i found a troubleshooting guide from 2019 and did everything it told me to. running the game via steam, doesn't work. running skse loader as an admin, doesn't work. changing the binary to the SKSE launcher instead of skyrims, game crashes on startup, and if i set the binary to skyrim's base launcher, it just plays the normal game and not modded. what the hell should i do now?

Start removing mods 1 at a time until you find the one causing a conflict.

Start with a clean reinstall, as just validating the files or uninstalling and reinstalling the game is not enough - files can get left over and they will continue to effect your game. Follow this guide EXACTLY and do everything it says to the letter:

And DO NOT clean or edit the Master files or any Creation Club content.

Yea whining instead of solving the problem .... weird that the game with mods just runs fine for the majority of us
