Is the latest version 1.6.1170?
Is the latest version 1.6.1170? I haven't installed the game in years and got the itch to come back.

Yes.
Make sure to update everything, mods, skse, plugins, etc. SSE Engine Fixes needs a bit of tweaking as well:

Yes although the GOG version has been renumbered to a later number (1.6.1179). So unless you own that too, you can ignore the GOG version number regarding mods such as the Address Library.
