How can I prevent that Bug from happening where the Objects move on their own?
It`s a pretty annoying Bug. I`ve made a little Shrine for Sheogorath but of course all the Objects are on the Floor as soon as the Game needs to load again. It`s so sad, especially when you put so much Work into positioning the Objects correctly, but it`s also annoying when you just want to put something somewhere as Decoration for your House

Not a guaranteed fix but -
Once you place the objects and save while looking at them, then reload the save. After this you can test if they remain where they are by leaving the cell and re-entering.

I've had this work some of the time.

I had cheesewheels in my house suddenly catapult themselves around for no reason. From what I remember reading that seems to be a problem with how the engine processes the physics.

Arr yeah, brings back memory's, body's, items, food, suddenly poltergeist around, I got smacked by a big ass pot once.

I don't know if it still works, but this mods allows you to move and position stuff, it won't move on load. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/13090

Take a look at the guide Creation Kit: Good Practices, section Activators. The issue has all to do with Havok. Explanation provided.

Items will "remember" the spot they first drop at. Leaving and having the cell reload (fast traveling somewhere else then returning is a good way to force it), and then moving the object to another location will make that item no longer go back to the first spot you dropped it at.

For example:

Drop boots from inventory on to bedroom floor in Breezehome
Move boots on to bed
Exit Breezehome and fast travel from WR to Falkreath
Fast travel back
Go in Breezehome
Boots are back on the floor
Move boots on to bed

Boots will now not only stay on the bed, but will stay anywhere else you move them without resetting either to the floor OR bed.

There is a difference between items that havok settle and items that don't havok settle. If you want to place a spigot in a barrel (example), then you would have to make sure the spigot doesn't havok settle (in the Creation Kit), otherwise it will fall to ground level navmesh. If there is no navmesh, the item may even fall through the floor. It's the same for weapons and shields not placed on a weapon rack or plaque. Jxonz Positioner can be used in game for items not to havok settle. I have never used Jxonz Positioner, but I think at has some built in no-havok-settle for items repositioned.

That may work in game, but it won't work if you're creating a mod in the Creation Kit. In that case all items will havok settle, meaning these will fall to the floor (navmesh). Something similar may occur when you place a cup on a table, but forget to align the cup with the table by first lifting the cup a bit (raising the Z-position) and then using the F-key to drop it back on the table. Otherwise the cup may be dropped somewhere beside the table every time the cell reloads.

Yeah he wasn't asking about creating a mod.

Not with so many words, but how else would you explain "I`ve made a little Shrine for Sheogorath" and the fact that items do not stay where these are placed.

At least I can agree with you that OP could have been a bit more detailed in his question. But, that's something we are quite acquainted with in these threads.

He's manually moving things in game. That's how. Just say "oh ok" and move on.

I use DecoratorHelper, I am sure it freezes objects in place and can move just about anything.

As soon as OP says "I'm moving things in game", I will say "Oh OK" and I will move on! But, I've never seen anyone creating a shrine in game!

So many Responses. Thanks. I hope it will help. I will first try the Options that don't include Mods (because I assume Mods might deactivate Achievements?)

🤔 Isn't it the same Version of the Engine as in Oblivion? Pretty sure I've never had that Problem there

I've created the Shrine by placing a Table in one of the Hearthfire Houses and putting Sheogorath related Things on it (Clothes and all the Cheese from within the Psyche of Pelagius, the Wabbajack and a Piece of Amber I found in a random Treasure Chest).
Let me know which additional Details I should provide
