Report a translation problem
That image is a placeholder for the preset.
What should have happened is that you should have downloaded the files from enbdev.com, and then the following files needed to be dragged into your Skyrim SE folder
1. d3d11.dll
2. d3dcompiler_46e.dll
No other files from the enbdev download should have been used.
Then, from your Vanilla ENB 2 download, drag the files into the game folder. What you should see in your game folder is this:
3. enblocal.ini
4. enbseries.ini
5. enbseries folder
(This is what the diagram on the modpage is showing).
I suggest comparing the files in your game folder to the files in the enbdev download folder and deleting all files from the enbdev download except the five I listed.
