Honestly, both pics look too bright, and with too much glare.
Nobody cared the first time around. It was a nonsense post, born out of technical ignorance. The screenshots are merely proof of that. It looks like crap, plain and simple. There's so much glare, it's almost like you're using a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nuke for interior lightning.
Calibrate your monitor. It's painful to look at those screenshots.

OP confused ReShade and ENB. What he meant was probably Reshade's crappy RTGI shader.

Anyone else getting this weird vibe from OP?

Reminds me of the guy who made like 6 threads about his not-so-pure "pure warrior" build lol

Yep, he's a wannabe troll.

A rather lame one, I might add. Where's the provocation? Controversity? At least something to trigger heated arguments? It's simply boring.

I do not see any particular ray-tracing in those pictures. The Community Shaders you are using replaced some of the original shaders and so changed some of the lighting, but it does not need ray-tracing to have detailed light and shadows.

DLSS then helps with the frame rate, but you are running the game at 60 fps, which any decent Nvidia GPU these days achieves without needing DLSS.

I fear you are blinding yourself by simply looking at a new picture and falsely associating your experience with a specific rendering technique.

Hillariously small difference.

Nobody's even going to notice that during normal gameplay.

Begining of what? Trend of people hyping over ridiculously minor / barely noticable things? xD

The differences are very subtle and tiny, and frankly unrealistic. It is not what you would expect if the scene had actually been ray-traced. Ray-tracing would affect all lights, shadows, and reflections. So I wonder what it is you are referring to as ray-tracing here.

To understand what I mean, take a look at Nvidia's RTX Remix technology. It implements ray-tracing for older games and their examples are in fact from Morrowind. It does go beyond ray-tracing obviously (it allows to add objects, improves textures with AI, etc.), but you can see how the lighting of the entire scene changes and gains realism. See the first image. You can move the slider in the middle of the picture to see what difference ray-tracing makes:

https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/geforce/news/rtx-remix-announcement/

Here lights and shadows stretch over long distances throughout the scene and light reflects off objects, i.e. the floor tiles.
