Proudspire Manor glitch

So I've played this game many times on both console and PC and I know that Proudspire Manor in Solitude has issues, to say the least. I recently decided to do a vanilla run through for achievements. Currently I'm experiencing the missing furnishings for my housecarl's room (which I successfully fixed via console commands) and the infamous missing cooking pot, which I believe in part is caused by the Hearthfire DLC. In the past I've been able to fix this via console commands by spawning a cooking pot and entering coordinated to place it correctly over the fire pit. But now, while I am still able to spawn and move it to the correct position, I am unable to interact with it at all. Pressing the activate button doesn't work. I don't know if this is the result of a newer patch but has anyone else been able to fix this issue? I am playing on survival mode and would like to be able to make food.

The issues that you describe are fixed by the Unofficial Patch - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/266 , as well as literally thousands of other bugs.
