Yes does anyone know her perks and if she is a heavy armor medium armor user and how high she levels with you? There is no information on the creations page about her stats and stuff.

I have the same question. There is no relevant information on the uesp page either. But I know she is an "additional" follower, which means she can follow you even when you already have another regular follower like Lydia.

Hello! I know this is a year late, but you can find a list of her Skill levels in this video at the 4 minute mark:

Most of her Skills are 15-25, but the big ones are:
-Sneak: 100
-Light Armor: 100
-Onehanded: 98
-Archery: 98
-Block: 63

Lots of Health and Stamina, but pitiful Magicka.

I usually set her up as a duel wielder in Thieves Guild armor.
