Help? seeking a player home needs to be in the reach?

I did a search on nexus the word ":reach" but did not find any good ones does anyone know of any player home that adds the home in the reach but not in any hold or town?

The Reach is a hold.

You can get Hendraheim, as Alexander said, if you have the Anniversary Edition, or buy the standalone Creation Club.

I dislike player home mods that add unwanted npc's like Miserith Hall not sure why there is no category in sse nexus like oldrim has but this is not a player home if there was made for oldrim then it would go in castles and palaces but only oldrim nexus has this category for an example: oldrim nexus has raven castle but it's in castles and palaces category.

Ivorycast estate does look nice but would not fit the theme of play styles, If I would choose this house the courtyard would be frozen over mainly the water area would be frozen and there would be no grass showing the winter themed mods I have would overwrite the courtyard I have all the snow elf,falmer,auriel mods enabled also my dragonborn is one of the snow elves from the ancient falmer snow elf race mod and the winter overhaul mod that makes all skyrim and solstheim and other land mods covered in wintry white and frozen wasteland (I Love Winter and the cold) I did find the best player home but it only has one guest bed and master bed also it's not in the reach it's on a very cold mountain near falkreath a falmer/snow elf version of myrwatch but it's a ruin the player needs to restore it hearthfire workbench Valtara Tower by

Only one issue is most player home mods where you are forced to have npc's live in the same house is wrong that should always be made optional either by mcm or by asking an npc that is added or already a default/vanilla npc that is why I avoid player home mods like raven castle or a few others I can't remember the name you do know raven castle the oldrim non sse version on the nexus is not in the player homes category it's in castles and palaces and there is also Wyvern Rock Castle it's def not a player home mod seeing that other people live there also it's under buildings and Wyvern Rock Castle is also used in the mod unslaad by vicn.

If you mean the snow elf tower I am talking about then yes the planters are inside.

Cheat Room is a home, no PCs though, but while you are in there with access to everything your follower just waits till you come out.

Ryn's Snazzy Last Vigil - An Ebony Warrior Overhaul now that is the best player home I've seen so far but the player has to defeat the ebony warrior first.
