Try to drop jk's skyrim, below tomato's whiterun city stonewalls 4K parallax. The mod jk's skyrim is a AIO. It includes jk's whiterun.
If you go to the temple in Riften, you also could get a problem. If you don't drop jk's riften below riften.
jk's mods are scripts, which uses all assets above in the list.
