Best HDR & ENB mod combination?
I know there are a lot of ENB mods to improve the lighting and coloring of the game. And there are HDR mods that enhance or fixes the HDR for the game.

From my understanding, the standard HDR support for the game is just so that the colors look right. It doesn't introduce a wider variety of colors and make the game look better on an HDR monitor (which normally HDR support does for games).

That's what brought about my question. What's the best HDR & ENB mod combination? So a mod that actually gives the game HDR colors, and a separate mod that enhances lighting as well, and actually both look and work good together.

HDR Vanilla, Community Shaders (doesn't work with ENB doe) and changing prefs ini file to HDR 64bit render.
stop rezzing old threads please.

your assumption is incorrect, Blade's assumption is correct, setting HDR on in the launcher, and all the various blahblahHDRblah .ini directives just reduces banding and improves color accuracy, it's still low-gamut... not just HDR monitors, all monitors. it's low-gamut content any display can display.

community shaders doesn't change the render API, it's still 24-bit. for true HDR10 / HDR12, you have to set the game to use an HDR enabled DXVK .dll (DirectX to Vulkan instruction translation), and have an Nvidia card... it might work on AMDs too these days, don't own any... you'll also need to set Windows Game Mode to trip the AutoHDR function, apparently. there's various guides for it, check say: https://performance.moddinglinked.com/falloutnv.html#DisplayModeComparison
