Trouble With Address Library After Downgrading Version
So, I downgraded from 1.6.1170 to 1.6.629.
I redownloaded SKSE Version 2.2.0 which meant fir 1.6.629
Although now when I start the game, I get this CTD Error: "REL/Relocation.h(615): failed to find the id within the address library: 441528"
"This means this script extender plugin is incompatible with the address library for this version of game, and thus does not support it"

Im quite new to Skyrim on the PC, I also purchased the AE Version of Skyrim off of the Steam store, any idea what im doing wrong?

Wrong version of one or more SKSE DLL plugins for the current versions of SSE and/or SKSE64 at least if those are still available. Why not stay on 1.6.1170 and update your mods and SKSE DLL plugin to their proper versions.

There is one mod that is usable on Version 1.6.629 or earlier, "Skyrim Outfit System Revived", which allows you to change the appearance of your armor while keeping its stats.
Thank you for your help! Despite your explanation, Im still at a loss, Im quite new to modding Skyrim and everything that comes with it.
So, I'm using the wrong version of SKSE for the version of the game im using? (I have 2.2.0 SKSE which is supposed to correspond with 1.6.629)

The mod will most likely function with the latest version of the game. The mod author just indicated that it hadn't been tested.

Besides, DarkFox just released an updated version of their mod 'Simple Outfit Manager' which does the same thing -

EDIT: There was no real reason to downgrade your game for that one mod.
