rel/relocation.h(1170) failed to open address library file
I don't know why this is showing but i cant run my mods because of this, does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Do you have both versionlib-1-6-1170-0.bin and versionlib-1-6-1170-0-1.bin in the .../Data/skse/plugins folder? There was a small update for 1170 earlier this year, which requires the last mentioned library.

either SKSE or address library is not in sync, version wise. Or, one of your plugins is not compatible with the version of address library you have.
