Bug Alert
So I have the pastebin and everything, but it seems I keep getting CTD after five or so seconds of starting the game. I looked around the web on similar issues but all I find are things like combat music fix being the issue, and it's a mod or plugin I don't have, any one about to help?

Try downloading MS framework and associated DLL's, that error code is usely applied to that sort of failure, reinstalling the DX might fix it.

So uh... call me stupid, but could you tell me what those are exactly? like. What's MS framework, DX and the Associated DLLs?

well put simply, framework allows the dll's to run, sometimes during installation of games or updates, things get messed, dll's get corrupted or go missing, files get misplaced etc.

Direct X is the graphics drivers for games, I.E Direct X 11 or Direct x 12 again sometimes during installation, things get a little messed. Occasionly, u can just download the missing DLL an drop it directly into the folder, but it's better to reinstall Direct X.

Although b4 you do any of that, I suggest you veryfy the game files via steam, sometimes it's not Windows fault, it's Steams, reveryfing checks the downloaded game files, and re-downloads corrupted files..

Like i said, that error code is typically associated with MS Framework an Direct X errors, buy occasionally reveryfying ya game files works

I tried verifying files and reinstalling direct x, not working.

when I look up MS framework I get .net framework instead on every search result.

Running into the same problem and error.

Making sure MS Windows is fully up to date should already take care of NET Framework.

Problems may arise when not have the most up to date MS VB redistributable. The following MS link provides these as a free download. You will want to install both x86 and x64 versions.

If you are still having issues, take a look through the following guide -

Before taking any drastic measures, start checking the compatibility of your SKSE DLL plugins with this page: https://modding.wiki/en/skyrim/users/skse-plugins.

it's brought up the same error code? Sorry dude Msoft is kinda screwy, about error codes, there all over the place...

I'm pretty sure I cant help any-more, the solutions that have worked for me, with that error code, dont seem to work for you.

The only 1 who really knows, Msofts error codes, is Msoft!

Okay so, I used something called CLA to see if it narrows things down some, still don't understand so maybe you can think of something?
