I don't follow any users. So... I don't know what algorithm it's using for the OP, but mine apparently isn't the same. (I also don't scroll on the Community page. Maybe there's something down the page that's X-rated or something?)
That the OP has some issues with the images present in the (I don't monitor it ...) artwork section section is because of one or two things;
1. such images are being displayed without NSFW tag. That is not allowed. Report these please.
2. he has turned off the NSFW filtering (it is enabled by default). Is this not a deliberative action?
I have to admit that there are mods that I really did not expect to be coming when I was playing and modding Oldrim. Seems there are clever guys around, leading to several interesting and groundbreaking approaches in some aspects like animations. Like FNIS. It was groundbreaking and is still relevant nowadays to have various animations that aren't present in the vanilla game. I loved to have different animations when sitting on a stool, introducing variety to the game. Or kill moves. Or eating a bread.
That it is used for other things, yeah ... you cannot stop that.
Anyways, these mods exists now and if someone wants to install that... it is for this person. I don't care. Is it a problem? To me, it is not. It does not impact me. However, I do remember that I saw a similar thread here while I was playing hitman 2 a while ago. Back then, just for curiosity, I went to check the artwork section of hitman. I loved the creativity some people have. At the same moment, I did the same experiment with Tomb Raider games. Quite predicable...
I just shrug and move on.
I just did a test and there are some. I had to report some images though ... Some are not right.

Why you think the net was born? PORN, PORN, PORN.
I'll make sure not to mess with any filter settings then. "AO" (>PEGI18) material just doesn't appeal to me anymore.
I find that funny and a bit ironic that the specific things that make a game M-rated just don't affect my interests in games now. It's almost like it was more interesting when it was such a taboo thing and when I just became old enough to buy my own M-rated games (with an ID card at some places), but it's just pointless noise now for me.
Is ESRB, PEGI, and whatnot really just a marketing tool for selling to kids? *shrug*
So i was wasting my time on youtube as some of us do. I found a tribute band of this band i liked. So i played the clip. They were good. They were really good. They pretty much nailed the songs note for note and in time. Turns out they had been playing for over a decade together. They were tight.
So i watched the whole setlist that was recorded on an old video camera. Straight to tape. At the end of their set the clip ends and it cuts straight into one of those cheesy 1980 porn movies with the glam rock and puffy hairstyles. They taped over a porn cassette to record their setlist but never erased the ending which was the ending of the porn movie.
There is full blown porn on youtube. But it wont be labled and it wont be titled as the AI will pick it up. BUt porn does get through on youtube.
Thsi was the first bit of pron on youybe i have seen since it went live in the early 2000's. I saw this only a few weeks ago.

There's a scene with a dancer in it. She's bare breasted except for her nipples. There's a decoration between her breasts but only hides the space between her breasts.
The movie is from 1933.
That decoration is the only difference between whats in the artwork section and on TV.
