What Main Quest To Follow
Just started a new play through and am now at stage of multilple main quests, I am at level 13 is there an optimum order for main Alduin quest, Dawnguard and Dragonborn?

No particular order, do whatever you want. At this moment I'm level 60+ and haven't started any major questlines (I have to say for me this is a test playthrough while working on a new mod), although in any new playthrough I always start hunting, exploring and do small sidequests (always starting in another hold).

Dawnguard is entirely separate from the base game main quest (well, mostly separate in that it does require the Elder Scroll used in the main questline, though you don't have to start the base game main questline in order to get it). Dragonborn is mostly separate - all that matters is that you have learned you are the Dragonborn. Otherwise, there is no connection. So story wise, it doesn't really matter.

Since there are no more random vampire attacks on towns, there is no need to rush the start of Dawnguard any more. And as long as you don't advance far enough into the Dragonborn DLc for Miraak to start stealing your dragon souls, there is no reason to rush it either.

So ultimately, it doesn't matter what order you do them in. Unless you are a vampire already, in which case siding with the vampires against the Dawnguard in order to get the bow to make things easier for you may be a good start.

Also I might add that Dawnguard at high level is too easy imho

Make sure you have at least 6-10 dragon souls before starting Dragonborn.
Alduin and Dawnguard are in the same area, Dragonborn is elsewhere, meaning for me personally I leave Dragonborn to last, and do nearly everything Skyrim itself has to offer first
