Skyrim SE - can't get dlcs??

I would like to download the hearthfire dlc for skyrim special edition but it's saying theres no dlcs for it, i googled some stuff and everyone is saying all the dlcs come with skyrim special edition, either that or you can buy them for special edition. i added the hearthfire dlc to my steam cart through the web page because for some reason you can't find it through the steam app, but when i tried to purchase it (for SE which i already have) it said i need to buy skyrim. didn't say special edition, just plain skyrim, which is how i discovered i only own SE. the stuff i found about people saying you can get the dlcs for SE.. that was posted 7 years ago. i don't know if something changed because i didn't find any information on it. is anyone able to help me figure out if i can get the hearthfire dlc for SE, and how? if i cant get it for SE, what else do i need to do to get it? thank you

it's part of the game, they're no longer DLCs but integrated into the game, there's nothing for you to do.

weird because for some reason i can't see any of the homesteads on the map (which are from the hearthfire dlc originally if i'm correct), do i have to do something in game to unlock them on the map?? or is it a bug of some sort?

go to the Jarl of Falkreath after getting an invitation, and he'll tell you to kill some bandits, the map marker for 1 of them will show up once he gives you a land deed.

There are no Hearthfire homesteads by default. Only patches of empty ground. You have to buy the land and build them yourself.
