Vortex disabling my plugins. AND I have the fixes for this enabled.
Ok yesterday I had my load order all nice and orderly, I had all the fixes installed to prevent it from being disabled. So imagine my surprise and rage that Vortex had somehow turned off my plugins despite you know me having done EVERYTHING that was supposed to be done to prevent that ♥♥♥♥ from happening.
♥♥♥♥ you Bethesda for your updating and breaking the game. I know I could use MO2 BUT I HATE MO2 with a passion because it for reasons unknown cannot recognize that I use a mass of ESLs and so whenever I used it the the thing would freak out and disable my ESLs. Vortex was working fine for years and now this BS happened. I didn't even change my load-order in any way to cause this.
Any solutions to reenable my mods without having to manually go thru I did that once already and I've got zero patiance to do it a second time especially since I don't know what caused Vortex to do this crap to begin with so I could easily have my hardwork undone on a computer restart. This is painfully stupid. UGH!! I HATE this and once again ♥♥♥♥ you Bethesda for breaking your own game all to get some cheap bucks off of paid mods.

Are you using SSE Engine Fixes? It is causing this issue.

It is fairly easy to fix it; https://forums.nexusmods.com/topic/13458736-a-fix-for-all-plugins-disabling-after-161130/

Here is the thing I used the fix for that that and I am indeed using engine fixes I followed ally the instructions in the guide and today for some reason they were disabled. I don't know how this happened. I had this problem before and applied the fix from the forums and for a long while everything was going fine and then this morning I woke up to find my plugins turned off.

Any solutions to turn them back on short of doing so manually, also I'm not sure that if I did they wouldn't then just turn off again. I'd appreciate any feedback on how to turn them back on outside of manually turning them on and then locking them on would be the trick

Yeah, same here. I have updated the game to the latest version and now I can no longer have my mods enabled because Bethesda good company.

I have tried but it freaks out whenever I try to use the large amounts of ESLs that comprise the bulk of my load order, I've also not found it to be user friendly to me specifically. If it was as simple as that I'd not be using Vortex at all.

Any solutions please.

Not yet ... Vortex literally blew itself up a few minutes ago (wont even let me log in) and I had to go to a friend's school concert so haven't had time to troubleshoot yet.

Well, all I can say is that auto reinstalling everything isn't fun ... hopefully it works once it's done but if not... well at least it was just a 'test save'.

It wasn't a test save its my main playthrough that was rudely interrupted by Vortex disabling my plugins it didn't uninstall anything because I took away its ability to deploy mods about a year ago because I A did not want to keep the install in the same place as Vortex because of storage reasons and B I was sick of Vortex deciding to deploy when I did NOT want it to

Yeah, and the engine fixes issue isn't the problem either ... at least it seemed to work, although as I said it's just a test save so some things are broken regardless since I'm breaking every good modding practice known.

Well, yeah but you won't like it. Solve everything by switching to a professional mod manager:

Never mind my issue was turning my plugins back on without having to do it manually after learning that a computer restart doesn't cause Vortex to disable enabled plugins again I'm reenabling everything manually unless you have a way to make this faster please refrain from commenting.
