What are some of the BEST complete overhaul mods for skyrim?
Mainly nexus mods that are compatible with vortex mod manager and SKSE.

There's not 1 mod that does it all really ... you should look into collections, Wabbajack or Nolvus. those are modpacks really.

Also there's 1 that transforms Skyrim COMPLETELY .... and no its not Nolvus it's called enderal:

Vokriinator Black basically replaces *every single perk* in vanilla Skyrim with perks from the most popular perk mods such as Ordinator, Vokrii, Adamant and so on
