Missing creation club files.

I am attempting to install a Wabbajack build that requires Creation Club. During the installation process, Wabbajack conducts a check on files, but I am missing some of the files it checks for. Have there been any recent changes to the Creation Club files? I reinstalled everything today and played through Helgen in order to initialize the files. Given that Creation Club automatically installs files when you play, it is unclear to me why I am missing any necessary files. I do have a legal purchase copy of the Anniversary Upgrade through Steam.
