Half of SL random ♥♥♥♥ - breaks it
Summerset Isles - breaks it.
I am absolutly flabberghasted and impressed mods wich do not touch ANYTHING Dawnguard or Dwemer related manage to nuke entire spawn system of Katria the tard, and all start hooks for this quest.

Had to rant, at this point.
