Report a translation problem
The much more simple alternative to that is using a mod that simply alters the position or pitch of the sheathed weapon so it simply doesn't clip with the cloaks in question, like this mod here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/100057
hmm I read there that if I use IED - Immersive Equipment Display then its two mods doing the same, so IED seems to be able to fix that already. Will read myself further into IED then to see how to tweak that
