Trouble with health/magick/stamina
I just installed this game for the first time and I don´t have any mods installed and yet I am having trouble with my health/magick/stamina.

It seems like no matter what I do my health/magick/stamina doesn´t want to "regenerate". It just stays low and I dont know what to do.

If someone can help me, I would really appreciate.

My first guess, is you likely chose survival mode. Survival mode makes it so health doesn't regen at all outside of using spells, potions, food or having equipment to boost regen rate. Survival also slowly lowers your available magicka and stamina as your character gets tired and hungry. Then there are also diseases that get stronger if you don't cure them in survival.

So you should just need to eat some food, preferably something cooked, and sleep in an indoors bed to solve it, if wish to keep going in survival mode. I'm not entirely sure if there is a way to opt out of it after its chosen for a given character.

There are a couple other possibilites like becoming a vampire, but since you mentioned stamina isn't regenerating, the most likely is you are in survival mode.

I agree, he's in survival mode. To turn off, click esc, then go to system, then go down to settings. In settings, click on survival mode, and it will be off.
