Nolvus is not worth it.

Looks pretty, and it includes a ton of mods which is impressive, but that is about it. They have an optional set of recommended mods for playing with a controller, but it feels like it was designed by someone who only learned about the existence of controllers about 3 seconds before he was asked to design it.

It will cost you $25 to setup and well, and you have to make 3 separate 3rd party accounts.
1.) You have to pay $20 for the paid mods, aka the anniversary edition upgrade from Bethesda.
2.) You have to make a Bethesda account to download them all.
3.) You have to make a Nolvus account.
4.) You have to make a Nexus Mods account.
5.) You have to pay $5 to Nexus (and remember to cancel the auto renew). Technically this is optional, but no one is actually going to spend the time to slowly and manually download like 2000 mods.
6.) Then depending on your selected settings and such, you are looking at close to 500GB of space used.

It also requires 32 GB of system memory, not counting VRAM.

You cannot download the upgrades without a Bethesda account, and the auto install will not work without a nexus account.

From the Nolvus site: On modern computers, if you are Nexus premium and have a good internet speed, it should take about 1hour to install everything (15 minutes with archives).

I did, but I didn't have an active paid subscription to Nexus.
