Fresh Install (Deleting all my mods, Starting from Scratch)

Recently I decided that I wanted to completely redesign my load order and start fresh. One my ideal outcomes is to lower the graphics quality of my game by downgrading my ENB to a less intensive setting.

I also updated my game to purposely break all my mods. So with all this in my mind, all I need to start fresh is to delete Skyrim from my computer via Steam, and all my mods via my mod manager (in this case vortex), including SKSE.

Just double checking with the community to make sure I'm not missing anything. Thanks.

all mods are in the data folder and skse well have files in the data folder and outside near the games exe

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data

if you know how to navigate to the install directory I suggest manually deleting the data folder, It won't uninstall from start menu install apps location

Vortex will install mods into separate folder. MO can do the same.
Don't assume mods will only be in Skyrim\Data folder.

Your Skyrim INI files and savegames will be in "My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\My Games" subfolder in Documents library/folder (My Documents). SKSE and Papyrus logs etc also can be found there under subfolders.

If you want to completely clear out all your current mods, do a clean reinstall, as just validating the files or uninstalling and reinstalling the game is not enough - files can get left over and they will continue to effect your game. Follow this guide EXACTLY and do everything it says to the letter:

And DO NOT clean or edit the Master files or any Creation Club content.
