The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition

How does Skyrim explain reloading? (Lorewise)?
I've heard that save/load is canon in Morrowind, ie the Nerevarine "reloading" is an ability. If that is true, please confirm, I don't remember seeing that in the game. If yes, is there a similar lore entry in Skyrim for the Dragonborn?

Vivec references a lot of game mechanics directly and in his Lessons, it's explained by CHIM, a state of existence which allows character to transcend reality and break its code so to speak. Basically Vivec is kind of aware he's a NPC in a game.
It isn't really an explanation of save mechanics though, there probably isn't such a thing, it's just that Elder Scrolls lore is not your typical fantasy ♥♥♥♥, it dives deep into sci fi themes, buddhist philosophy, and other weirdness, thanks to Kirkbride's writing.
You need to read about it somewhere else, Elder Scrolls lore is a huge iceberg and I'm not really an expert in it. And everyone else on these forums are either children or porn mod addicts.

not heard of that for Morrowind, pretty sure there isn't a lore entry for Skyrim or Oblivion though.
I don't remember it being associated with the Nerevarine, but didn't Vivec mention saving/loading in terms of being killed at one point?

In the Sseth Tzeentach review of Morrowind, he mentions that Vivec won't fight you because
he knows you can try an infinite amount of times until you succeed. Granted, that is a meme review but it sounded as though he meant it as canon.

fair enough, just haven't heard it before.
Definitely wasn't touched on for Oblivion or Skyrim.

not going to lie that yes i have adult mods but im not an addict (this is not the most played game i own (second to fallout 4 with no adult mods in it) but the way i look at it is:

if there is no such thing as sexual intercourse in the game then explain where the kids in it come from? cause i dont think a bird dropped them off at the parents residence and a wish didnt just poof them there either and niether did wishing on a star niether.

not to mention in the base game if you look real hard there are 2 pregnant female NPCs (one in the temple of mara (dinya balu)) i doubt her and maramal prayed really hard for a kid to a giant brass statue for a kid to get there you can not be that dense to just say "oh they prayed for one and it was the immaculate conception" as ♥♥♥♥ like that just doesnt add up or make a lick of sense in the logical mind or world about it

So it is assumed that game characters have sex. Fair enough. But why do you have to see it, or participate in it, is a different question.
It is also assumed that people pee and poop and population of Whiterun isn't 20. Any game has conventionalities and focuses on things important for its narrative.

Does this need for 'explanation' concern monsters like skeevers, mammoths, and falmer, or only attractive humans, btw?

Adult mods are fun, Skyrim is a huge sandbox, still probably the best singleplayer sandbox as well as an elder scrolls game, I recently bought it for the first time, have a skimpy female armors mod installed, looks great.

The original ES experience and the "mod to your hearts content" experience are two ways of playing ES games that do work well together or separately. If I remember correctly there was quite a bit of sexuality and nudity in Daggerfall.
