Golden Hills/ Unquiet Dead Quest Bug

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has any possible fixes to this issue...
I traveled to Golden Hills Plantation to try to initiate the quest, The Unquiet Dead, and after having the ghost attack me, the quest did not initiate.

Here are the things I've tried to do to fix this:
1. Dismissed followers, so I am the only one interacting with the ghost.
2. Tried entering from both the Rorikstead way and the other way.
3. Avoided the wolves by Rin's corpse, and one time I purposely ran by to try to make sure they were activated.
4. Tried to go to the Rorikstead Innkeeper to get them to prompt me to the location.
5. After the quest not initiating, progressing through the objectives in order anyway, only to not have the option to place Rin's sword on the table.
6. Tried to set stage in console commands, only to get some weird message with a lot of 00.00's.
7. Tried to look up the status of the quest in console command, and it said "no" by enabled.

All of these were unsuccessful attempts. All of these were from separate starts, where I made a new character and immediately started there to get the farm. It is driving me crazy. This is the one thing from the AE upgrade I actually want to work, and I can't figure out how to get around it, other than just pretending I own the farm and use the soils anyway, but then, I lose out on the extra crops and the selling income.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so, can you tell me what you've tried, if you tried something different, so I can eliminate those procedures from my idea list? Anyone find a successful workaround?

Yes, I read the note.

When I am starting my game, I am also seeing on the top left of the screen, where it shows the mods loading in something to the effect of " Deleting Item, Not registered" or something like that. I have a sneaking suspicion it could be the quest? Although the location is there, with the ghost, with the note, with Rin's body and the sword, so maybe I am wrong and it's something else, but after so many tries, I think it might be just me being paranoid.

Needless to say... your problem lies somewhere in that void of mods. I'm sorry, my friend. Hopefully, someone that's familiar with some of those can help narrow it down for you.
