Report a translation problem
In order to stop having all horses stop following you, you need to use the spell to summon Arvak (from the Dawnguard DLC) or the daedric horse (from one of the Creation Club things) and ride them for a bit. That sets them to your active mount, so normal horses won't show up when you fast travel and neither will these summoned horses. At least I assume the daedric horse works like Arvak does.
The inconvenience here is only the fact that those Wild Horse will go back to its personal wild place. You can not make it to stay at some place you prefer.
