2) Are you getting the message "Cannot fast travel when enemies are nearby." Even if you're not in combat, a local mudcrab can stop the travel.
3) Do you have frostfall installed as part of that mod list? If so, check the options in the MCM cause frostfall has an option to disable fast travel.
I'm not even getting to "do you want to fast travel" because it won't let me click on things on the map.
Can you please provide your load order?
It’s a separate thing you download from my knowledge you can find it on nexus I’ve installed it it’s been a helpful tool.
"Support with in-game issues is offered in TPF Discord server's #tpf-de-wabbajack-support and #tpf-de-crash-reports channels, according to the Bug Reporting part of the fork's documentation."

"A fork of The Phoenix Flavour (TPF)[Wabbajack], which expands Skyrim's world and possibilities extensively by adding adventuristic content for many tastes and beautiful sceneries surrounding it."
(Also from the mod page)
Unfortunately, if you are using Wabbajack or a Nexus Collection (and you ARE using a fork of a Wabbajack modpack), there is nothing we can do to help you, you need to ask the creator of that particular modpack or collection, as only they know what has been done or how it was put together....The same would apply (though, admittedly to a lesser extent) if you were asking questions about a guide that was put together by a third party - you would need to ask the creator of that guide for specific issues.
