Spells through clothing enchantments mods?

Ahzidals ring of arcania is the first one then i got a creation that added a summon to gloves. that seems to be a rare way of doing it. it makes it so companions can cast them though. anyone know if there is a mod that adds a bunch of spell enchanted clothing?

The Fishing Creation adds a ring with the Vanish spell enchanted to it. What makes the spell unique is that it can be cast while Invisibility is still active, meaning that it can be chained with Invisibility , allowing indefinite unbroken invisibility.
