Insane framedrop slideshow in froki's shack

What in the world is going on with this interior? rhe framedrop is absolutely unplayable, also black screen seizure blinking, and enb gets stuck in blurred vision until game reboot.

Problem started immediately after killing the guardian skeever, crab, and wolf and persisted until quest completion after killing the guardian troll. Slideshow is gone and froki's shack returned to normal. Mystery not solved.

Wewre you playing with any mods or playing without any mods because mods might be causing this strange issue.

I think it was lossless scaling because going back to that save framedrop in froki's shack was not severe with lossless scaling off. I did try simultaneously loading all mods into sse edit but there are so many cells I was not willing to continue trying to find it

I haven't experienced any issues like that with lossless scaling
