Is there a mod that lets you make an "advanced" character that already has finished the main quest and some faction quest?

Something thats perhaps compatible with a lot of mods. I tried googlin and everything but couldnt find anything :(

I know a mod it is a little like this but it just starts you at a high level but it is not for skyrim it is for fallout 4 but I felt I should mention it it is a fallout 4 alternate start mod that lets you choose which level you will be you can choose to be very high level I think you can select up to level 200 there might be alternate start mods like these for skyrim as well.

honestly you can just set the quest complete in mcm. and use and alternate start mod if you want to skip the into quest. this mod allow you to make quest completed https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/46358 you will need a ui for it of somekind. this is one of the alternate start mods available they are others though.

As far leveling your character I'm sure there cheat mods for that too.
I use the alternate start just to skip the intro. and the completionist I like because it tells me all available quest in each town.

oh wow that completionist mod seems cool. Does it have an addon for legacy of the dragon born?

Yall the best. Sadly the save file option wont work unless I find ones from specific modpacks, which are essentially non-existing
