Can't buy, sell, or craft

Anyone have a problem not being able to buy or sell from venders and not being able to craft anything? I can steal, I can take things from chests, and I can take things from dead bodies. But not buy, sell, or craft. I have no mods installed. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Suggestions?

find the vanilla reinstall guide and follow it, don't skip steps that you think do nothing, and it should remove the orphaned mod files from mods you used to have.

Are these sellers, mostly close to a fishing spot. Cause before AE, i could buy and sell stuff. To the hunter, close to the standing stones, which is close near the path you follow after Helgen towards Riverwood. After AE, nothing. But only close to fishing spots.
