Are the alternatives to ussep
I'm looking for one that doesn't patch all the fun exploits and bugs mainly the game breaking ones

just use the USSEP and then install a mod (or mods) which reverts the very few changes that can be classed as "fun exploits" - pretty much just the resto loop and necromage (i have never tried the necromage exploit but i assume it is fun for some)

personally i just created my own mod that reinstates the resto loop for when i want to play with it (as crazily overpowered as it is lol) - because i wanted to make sure it was a clean edit that didn't break anything else (possibly i made it so it only affected Alchemy - i can't remember since it was a while ago, and am now using the GOG version of the game and have not installed xEdit yet)

and otherwise i keep everything aligned with the USSEP since it provides the most stable, polished and logically consistent version of the game that has ever, and will ever exist
