I had already thought about that, so I tried that first.
The recipes for the Atronach Forge are also not listed in the constructable items list, but you can find them in the form lists.
I wouldn't have a clue myself, since I would just have used a console command to add the desired item to my inventory.... But I get why the OP wants to use the Atronach forge.
I've just created a few new powerful spells, but I don't want to just buy them from the merchant, but rather create them via the Atronach Forge.
I could of course also use a normal forge, but then it's nothing special anymore.
