Skyrim Why Cant DB Peek Though Keyhole?
Do people find it strange for DB that can't peek through keyhole? wanted to ?
Be good for stealth reasons? Did people want power to see though walls?

Cool to spy on characters? what do people do to prevent npc seeing DB
to spy and hear them talk? mods? Do we get better stealth not having follower?
Do they hear our follower if we are trying to be stealth ? They don't wear
stealth gear, should they think?

Emmm..... dude you are really good at asking questions from the point of view that no one ever expected, but peek through key holes aren't achievable at that time due to technical difficulty and Bethesda didn't plan to make such a thing from the beginning I think. But mods, I never search up things like this.

And a lot of the times I would choose to put followers aside from doing the quest, especially in a stealth build, because some followers with low stealth can make you being spotted very quickly.
Seriously have you ever actually sat down and played the game or did you just buy it for your chat bot? Homes, stores, and other similar buildings are a separate instance. There is nothing to look through.

Followers suck at stealth. Common complaint in the last decade and a half.

Please, just play the game you'll learn so much. Otherwise, why buy it if you're not going to play it?

I take it you are not familiar with pjedi? He's something of steam forums cryptid. An enigmatic specter, that occasionally shows and asks very strangely worded and structured, usually mind bogglingly inane questions. Its said that if he marks your response as the answer, or quotes you in a reply, that you will be blessed with good fortune and health, until the next time he appears. :O

I am familiar. Just wish they would leave on their own or have the mods step in and stop this obvious trolling A."I".

It wastes space on the forum when people are legitmately discussing the game and not making post after post of either nonsense or basic things you learn just by playing the game for an hour or 2.

Wow I honestly didn't think such a mod would be possible with doors that lead to a different cell!

Same and it's not like there are multiple posts per day, which would actually take away valuables real estate on the forums. Usually it's one post every few days and I think thats fully fine and offers more value than reading the 142th post about why alchemy+enchanting is so OP or the question when TES VI will release.

This sounds like a good feature to add into a future elder scrolls game for stealth characters or it could be a mod for a current the elder scrolls game but I think that it could be an unlockable perk or unlockable feature you could get it from perk tree like how in skyrim archery perk tree there is a perk that makes it so you can zoom in on the bow it could be like that and if it could also be a quest reward like a npc could teach it to you after completing a quest or just interacting with a npc like in fallout new vegas where there is an npc who can teach you about unarmed skills he will teach you a new unarmed techinique there could be an npc in the elder scrolls who could teach you about how to look through locked doors or it could be a perk I think that this sounds like a good addition to the elder scrolls.

I respect your liking what you like, not here to dump on that. My concern is this encourages the sludge they keep posting and feeds whatever issue they have or AI programming they might be working on.

Otherwise, why does OP have a nose? Where in history have they traveled? How do they take a train from Earth to Skyrim (you may recognize some of these "questions").

Wow I honestly didn't think such a mod would be possible with doors that lead to a different cell!

Technically, you aren't looking through the door. You are physically in the other space, just invisible:

How does the mod work technically?
An animation plays on one side of the door making it look like the player is "peeking" through the keyhole. Then the player becomes completely invisible and gets teleported to the other side. While on the other side, vision is restricted, the player cannot interact with enemies or anything else and NPCs cannot see the player. It's as if the player is still on the initial side of the door. If the player decides to enter the door (as normal) the cell will already be loaded in the recent memory of your PC so the loading screen should be almost instantanous.

So you aren't peeking through the door. You go through it, just invisible. And they put an overlay on the screen to make it look like you are looking through a keyhole. You aren't in one cell and looking into another in some other place.

The same reason you can't take a dump or jerk off in the game, because they never programmed that

Can you peek through keyholes in real life?
